The construction of 7 residential buildings is planned in SPK “CENTAR”. In the first phase, 3 residential buildings were built. We are currently completing 2 more facilities – Facility 1 and Facility 3.

In the newly designed residential complex “TINI” with several lamellas, two buildings with two lamellas will be built.

Both lamellas of Object 1 and the first lamella of Object 2, which have already been moved in, have been completed. We are currently finalizing Lamella 2 Object 2.
