In the newly designed residential complex “TINI” with several lamellas, two buildings with two lamellas will be built.

Both lamellas of Object One, which has already been inhabited, have been completed. We are currently building Lamella 1 Facility 2.

The apartments have different structures: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom. The area of the apartments ranges up to 70 m2. The planned number of floors is G + VP + 5 + PE.

The height of the building is 25 m above ground level, ie the road in the zone of the complex. The building has panoramic terraces at the very top. The orientation of the building is east-west.

When designing our facility, the highest quality standards are met when it comes to sound and thermal insulation. The walls in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the hallways, bathrooms and terraces are covered with first-class ceramics. Oak parquet is provided in the living and sleeping rooms. The windows and balcony doors on the apartments are made of PVC.

The entrances to the residential part of the building are made of aluminum profiles. The entrance doors to the apartments are anti-burglary, fireproof, with a high degree of security and are additionally strengthened.

The interior doors are of first-class quality. The apartments are equipped with outdoor and indoor air conditioning units. Each apartment has its own water meter and intercom. The facility has an electric elevator, adapted for use by people with disabilities.
