What is specific for the Residential and Business Complex “Center” and how it differs from similar projects in BiH so far, is that for the first time buildings on the roof have swimming pools that will be available only to residents of this luxury complex.

So far, three buildings have been built in this complex, two of which have roof pools measuring 15 × 6, with 136 cubic meters.

The first swimmers on the roof pools had the opportunity in July 2020 to enjoy the beautiful ambience, swimming and the magical view of the panorama of Trebinje.
